The current Move Agent Early Partner application season closes at the end of 31 August 2026. Applications received by then will continue to be reviewed, but open applications for free Early Partner access will not continue beyond August.
We want to thank every removals and storage professional who gave us their time, explained how their operation really works and spoke honestly about the parts of the job that software too often makes harder.
Thank you for showing us the real work
The most valuable conversations were rarely about feature lists. They were about the practical pressure behind a move:
- surveyors completing quick, confident visits and then losing time to office admin;
- teams checking several inboxes before they can understand one customer conversation;
- estimators and planners rebuilding information that already exists elsewhere;
- move managers trying to keep bookings, paperwork, resources and customer expectations aligned;
- crews needing the latest inventory, access information and instructions before leaving the depot.
Those details matter because removals software has to work during a busy day, not only in a demonstration.
We are especially grateful to the people who challenged our assumptions. Clear, experienced feedback has helped us keep professional judgement with the people doing the work while using automation to reduce repetition around them.
What happens after 31 August?
Applications already received will continue through our review process. We will contact applicants directly about the outcome and any relevant next step.
After the current season closes:
- there will be no open free Early Partner pricing tier;
- Move Agent and Surveyor Hub will be available through the published paid plans;
- any future Early Partner access will be invitation-only;
- selected access remains subject to the applicable Early Partner Terms.
Companies that are not part of the Early Partner programme can still book a discovery call to discuss their current workflow and see which plan is the best starting point.
The work continues
Closing applications does not mean closing the conversation.
We will keep listening to independent surveyors, in-house teams, move managers, estimators, crews and owners as Move Agent develops. The goal remains the same: connect the work around each move, reduce avoidable administration and give skilled people clearer information when they need to make a decision.
