Rosana's work draws on more than a decade supporting UK removals and storage businesses. Her broader UX, UI and product design experience spans removals, healthcare, estate agency and other service-led sectors. That work has included websites, survey-booking and online video-survey systems, enquiry flows, storage and space calculators, and the operational detail behind quoting, billing and surveys.
R&D, applied AI and BridgeAI research
As the R&D lead at Digital Craft, Rosana continues to research practical, human-centred uses of AI. She led the Move Agent and Digital Craft work behind the BridgeAI-supported AI Property Scanner research and its application to removals workflows. The project explored how computer vision and large language models could structure property and inventory information while keeping experienced people responsible for judgement and customer relationships.
