Move Agent grew out of years of hands-on work with removals and storage companies, and the operational gaps we saw every day.
Our story
Move Agent was not built in a boardroom. It was built on the ground.
After more than a decade of working hands-on with removals and storage businesses across London and the UK, we kept running into the same problem. Eventually, we decided to fix it properly.
Behind Move Agent are Rosana and David from Digital Craft Marketing . Digital Craft Marketing Ltd is a marketing and operations agency with deep roots in the UK removals industry. Over the years, we have helped removals businesses with websites, survey booking systems, online video survey systems, SEO, Google Ads, paid social campaigns, enquiry flows, storage and space calculators, and the operational detail behind quoting, billing and surveys.
One pain point kept coming up. Enquiries were arriving from websites, phone calls, email, WhatsApp, Google, paid ads and lead sources, but they were not landing in one clean workflow. Teams had to chase messages across inboxes, retype details into separate systems, and respond too slowly while good leads went cold.
The tools did not connect. Storage, surveys, quoting, and invoicing all lived in separate systems, and quiet inefficiency was draining time, margins and energy long before the damage became obvious.
There is also experience from the customer side. Between moving and working remotely across five different countries and countless moves within the UK, it became clear how easily missed details and unchecked assumptions turn a manageable move into unnecessary stress. We understand both sides of a removal.
While helping clients evaluate and set up standard removals software available in the UK, a deeper issue became impossible to ignore. As UK accounting rules and Making Tax Digital requirements tightened, the gap between what removals businesses needed and what legacy tools offered kept widening.
Rather than continuing to patch broken workflows, we built something better.
