Early Partner Terms

These Early Partner Terms apply to selected UK removals and storage companies invited by Digital Craft Marketing Ltd ("Move Agent", "we", "us", "our") to access, test, evaluate or help shape the Move Agent platform before or alongside general subscription access.

These terms apply together with our End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA"), Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"). If there is any conflict between these Early Partner Terms and the EULA, the term giving Move Agent greater protection for beta access, confidentiality, intellectual property, feedback, product access, availability or misuse will apply unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

1. Invitation-only access

Early partner access is invitation-only. Submitting a contact form, demo request or application does not create a right to access Move Agent, receive a particular feature, continue using the platform, or receive a paid subscription on the same terms.

We may accept, pause, restrict or end early partner access at our discretion, including where we need to protect the platform, other users, customer data, our product roadmap, or commercial interests.

2. Beta nature of the platform

Early partner access may include beta, pilot, experimental, incomplete, unreleased or changing features. Features may contain errors, be unavailable, be withdrawn, or change without notice.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during early partner access. We do not provide any service level agreement, uptime commitment, support response commitment, or guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular operational use.

3. Operational responsibility

Move Agent provides software tools for removals and storage businesses. You remain responsible for checking all enquiries, surveys, inventories, access notes, quote details, job plans, customer communications, invoices, storage records, accounting data and operational decisions before relying on them or sending them to your customers.

You must maintain appropriate backup processes for time-critical operations, including job diaries, customer bookings, move-day instructions, storage records and payment records.

4. No liability for operational losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed jobs, missed surveys, lost bookings, quote errors, storage discrepancies, customer disputes, lost revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, wasted management time, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from early partner access.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

5. Feedback and product ideas

You may provide feedback, ideas, feature requests, workflow suggestions, product improvements, bug reports, comments or other recommendations about Move Agent. We may use, develop, commercialise, modify, publish and exploit that feedback without restriction, attribution, payment or obligation to you, provided that we do not disclose your confidential information.

6. Confidentiality

Early partner access may expose you to confidential, unreleased or commercially sensitive information, including features, workflows, pricing, product plans, screenshots, demos, AI processes, designs, integrations, roadmap information and operating methods.

You must not disclose, publish, share, benchmark, copy, record, scrape or use this information outside your internal evaluation of Move Agent without our prior written permission.

We will also treat your non-public business information as confidential, including operational workflows, pricing approach, customer lists, internal capacity, staff or vehicle availability, storage information, job data, business processes, onboarding notes, support communications and feedback that is not already public.

Confidential information may be used only for the purpose of evaluating, providing, supporting, securing and improving Move Agent, or as otherwise permitted by these terms, the EULA, the DPA, or a separate written agreement.

7. Partner operational data and aggregated insights

During early partner access, you may provide situational or operational data such as service locations, depot or branch information, vehicle capacity, crew availability, storage capacity, job types, route context, booking patterns, workflow notes or feature feedback.

We may use that data to configure your account, provide platform features, troubleshoot issues, support onboarding, improve workflows, understand product usage and develop Move Agent. We will not display your non-public internal operations, live availability, capacity, customer records, pricing logic or workflow details to competitors or the public unless you have configured a public-facing feature to do so, or we are required to disclose it by law.

Where we use learnings from early partner activity for product analysis, benchmarking, roadmap planning, marketing claims or shared insights, we will use aggregated or anonymised information where reasonably practicable so that individual partners, End Customers and non-public internal operations are not directly identified.

8. Third-party services and integrations

Early partner features may rely on third-party services, including hosting, database, email, WhatsApp/Meta, payment, mapping, accounting, AI and automation providers. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, API changes, provider security incidents, provider terms, data mapping errors, rejected payments, route calculation issues, accounting sync differences, or unavailable third-party features.

You are responsible for complying with the separate terms of any third-party service you connect to or use with Move Agent.

9. Data protection

Where Move Agent processes personal data on your behalf, you are normally the controller and Move Agent is the processor. Our Data Processing Addendum applies to that processing.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to upload, process, contact or otherwise use data relating to your customers, employees, contractors and other individuals through Move Agent.

10. Transition to paid access

Free, discounted or pilot access does not guarantee continued free access. If early partner access ends and you want to continue using Move Agent, continued access may require acceptance of a paid plan, order form, subscription terms, onboarding agreement, or other written commercial terms.

We will not charge subscription fees for early partner access unless a separate paid plan, order form or written agreement has been accepted.

11. Governing law

These Early Partner Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
