This page lists the current Sub-processors used by Move Agent to process Personal Data for the Move Agent application and related services. It is maintained as the Subprocessor List referenced by Data Processing Addendum.
A customer-authorised integration is not automatically a Sub-processor. Its status depends on the data flow and whether the provider processes Personal Data on Move Agent's behalf. Where it does, the provider and its general processing purpose will be added to this list or set out in the relevant customer-specific terms. We will provide customers with notice and an opportunity to object to proposed Sub-processor changes where required by the DPA or Data Protection Laws.

Conditional customer-authorised services
The application also contains optional connections to Meta/WhatsApp, Google Ads and Analytics, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Stripe, GoCardless and Reallymoving. These services receive data only when a Partner enables or uses the relevant connection. Their legal role depends on the specific data flow, the Partner's instructions and the provider's terms, so they are not treated as core Move Agent Sub-processors on this page.
Postcode lookup and OpenStreetMap map tiles are utility services. They may receive a postcode or browser request metadata, but they are not used as Move Agent data stores. Google Maps and calendar links are user-directed links rather than server-side data processing integrations.
